Terms

These terms are between your organisation and Visitsheet Ltd (“we”), company number 17566572.

Your data. Your organisation decides what goes into Visitsheet and what it is for. We hold it on your behalf and use it only to run Visitsheet for you. We do not sell it or use it for anything else.

The people who run Visitsheet can reach it only to keep the service working or to sort out something you have asked about. They keep it confidential.

It is stored on servers in the UK and the European Economic Area, with an encrypted backup in the European Economic Area. Email is sent through Resend. We will tell you before anyone else handles it for us.

If one of your staff asks to see, correct or delete what is held about them, we will help you answer.

If something goes wrong that puts the data at risk, we will tell you as soon as we know.

When you stop using Visitsheet, we will give you a copy of your records if you ask, and then delete them.
